In a food processor, blend the almond flour and cheese. Add rosemary and pepper and blend a bit more.
Add the first two eggs and blend again. The dough is ready when it just barely holds together.
If too crumbly, add the third egg, or a little water.
Divide into three pieces and form each into a ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll each piece between two pieces of parchment paper until very thin.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Let cool a few minutes, then cut into squares.
