Almond Chips

3 cups almond flour
1 cup "powdered" parmesan cheese--we use the variety from Whole Foods sold in the deli section in small tubs
Rosemary to taste--I use probably a tablespoon of dried rosemary and more if I'm using fresh
Cracked black pepper to taste--I use at least 1/2 tablespoon
2-3 eggs, depending on size

In a food processor, blend the almond flour and cheese. Add rosemary and pepper and blend a bit more.
Add the first two eggs and blend again. The dough is ready when it just barely holds together.
If too crumbly, add the third egg, or a little water.

Divide into three pieces and form each into a ball.
Using a rolling pin, roll each piece between two pieces of parchment paper until very thin.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Let cool a few minutes, then cut into squares.
