Mix 1 C sugar and 3 eggs in bread maker.
Add 3 C flour, _ tsp salt and 1 tsp baking powder into bread maker. Mix.
Add 1/2 C toasted coconut and 1.5 C of your favorite chopped nut.
Add optional ingredients of your choice.

Remove from mixer bowl, separate into 3 portions,
and form three loafs, about 11" long and 1" thick.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut the loaves diagonally, about 1" thick.
Bake pieces for 10 minutes at 325. Freeze if desired.

Optional ingredients: chocolate chips, cranberries, ginger…

Use 4 eggs if mixture is not soft and doughy.
