Hummus

Soak 1C garbanzo beans for 12-24 hours in warm water.
Drain & rinse beans, simmer covered for 4-8 hours.
Optionally add garlic.

Process in a blender:

2 C cooked chickpeas
3 cloves garlic, mashed
1/4 C tahini
1 T flax oil
1/2 C lemon juice
pinch of cayenne
